The Big Brother's staged power cut saw some of the Big Brother Housemates breaking (BB) rules.
In the big brother house Vina and Karen went to town speaking Hausa in the bedroom
, as Mumba and Bernadina looked on. The two had a lengthy conversation about Vimbai and Vina's fight, which left Vina in tears. Kim, who shared a bed with Lomwe last night, made do without her microphone, which is not allowed in the Big Brother Africa Rule Book. An excited Mumba told Lomwe this morning how she will probably take her microphone off soon, because others have been doing so. Weza and Luclay stood by the steps outside the bedroom in the early hours of the morning and had a private conversation with their microphones off as their fellow Housemates slept.
Luclay the two went to the garden where they locked lips. Vimbai and Wendall also had a gossip session about her fight with Vina, using their own code language that no one could understand. The Housemates are unaware that the power failure has been staged by Biggie to see how they will cope without electricity. Some of the Big brother Housemates - Karen in particular - seem to think that the cameras are unable to pick up on activity in the House at night.
