NOTE____ that JAMB candidate who registration between 4th and 9th February  can log n to the net and make or do a changing of institution of course free of charge.
But the candidate that did not register from 4th to9th Feb  can
not change any thing for free you must buy the scratch card for changing of any course or institution you can buy the card nearest you or buy from us through net by paying the money in to our account and the card will be send to you for a view minute.
NOTE____To buy card to make a changing of an institution of course can be free between the changing can be effected.
