In sentencing Paul BriaA FORMER teacher who lured young boys into his bedroom and secretly filmed them performing sez acts has been jailed for at least four and a half years. n Kennedy today in Sydney's District Court, Judge Robert Poner said the offences were "carefully, meticulously and patiently planned".

Kennedy, 37, from Orange in central-west NSW, had pleaded guilty to a string of offences including grooming children over the internet, producing child pornography and committing an act of indecency with a person under the age of 16.

That last offence related to him making a 15-year-old boy film Kennedy having simulated intercourse with a plastic vagina while Kennedy was naked, except for his shoes and socks, in a park.

The judge said none of the boys, aged 12 or 13, who were the victims of the offences of producing child pornography, were aware Kennedy had placed a web camera in his bedroom which was directed at the bed.


The videos showed boys separately coming into the room and while alone masturbating with a black vibrator as they watched pornographic videos.

The judge set a maximum term of seven and a half years' imprisonment.
